DrumCarder wants orders to arrive as expected. If DrumCarder Studio Fiber Carder arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or unusable, contact support with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
When to contact us
Email support@drumcarder.com with your order number, checkout email, shipping name, photos of the product, and photos of damaged packaging when relevant.
Return eligibility
Return eligibility depends on order status, product condition, and the reason for the request. Items should be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging when a return is approved.
Items that may not qualify
Products damaged after delivery, used heavily, missing parts not reported promptly, or affected by unsupported usage may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Banks, card networks, wallet providers, and payment processors control how long funds take to appear.
