DrumCarder orders are prepared after checkout is completed. Delivery timing can vary by destination, order volume, carrier handoff, customs review, and local delivery conditions.

Processing

After payment is confirmed, the order is reviewed and prepared for shipment. If an address appears incomplete or product details need confirmation, support may contact you before fulfillment continues.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be shared through the order system or by email. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully, including unit numbers, postal codes, phone numbers when required, and delivery notes that help the carrier.

Customs and local fees
